The striker netted the second goal, securing a 2-0 victory for his team against Blackburn Rovers.
Thomas-Asante’s goal over the weekend against Bristol City secured his team’s first league victory since December.
In the 41st minute, Ellis Simms scored, assisted by Victor Torp, giving Coventry the lead.
Three minutes after the break, Thomas-Asante scored the second goal, doubling Coventry’s lead and paving the way for three full points.
